Ally graduated from Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Edmonton in 2022 and became a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia in January 2024. For the past three years, she has worked at a backcountry heli-skiing lodge just outside of Revelstoke, supporting ski and snowboard enthusiasts from around the world. She also completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in India in 2019 and often integrates yoga principles into her homecare recommendations.
Ally creates a warm, supportive, and empowering space for her patients by listening to their concerns, working within their comfort levels, and offering tailored self-care exercises. Her massage style blends relaxation with a holistic and therapeutic focus—relieving pain and discomfort by guiding patients to their individual therapeutic edge, while always meeting them exactly where they are. She incorporates Swedish and deep tissue techniques, myofascial and active release, trigger point therapy, and joint play.
Outside the clinic, Ally can often be found snowboarding, mountain biking, or spending time with her Red Lab, Hurley.

is passionate about helping her patients on their journey to health and wellness. Through assessment, education, treatment and home care, she works diligently with her clients by getting to the root of underlying dysfunction and tapping into the body’s innate ability to heal. Her approach considers the value of individual treatment plans and is central to creating a comfortable space for relaxation by allowing patients to drop into their nervous system through participatory engagement.
Sheena helps her patients reach their goals through modalities such as Myofascial release, End Range Loading, Swedish massage, Joint mobilization, and Muscle Energy.
As a medium-depth therapist, some treatment modalities will require patients to be fully dressed and able to move freely, please show up with flexible clothing.
On her time off she enjoys gardening, hiking local mountains, and spending time with her dog, the lovable and amenable, Mr. Ruckus.
