“Ally graduated from Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Edmonton, Alberta, in 2022, and has since become a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia in January 2024. For the past two years, Ally has had the pleasure of working at a luxury backcountry heli-skiing lodge just outside of Revelstoke, and is looking forward to bringing her practice into Vernon.

Ally has always had a passion for holistic health and achieving personal alignment. She believes in creating a supportive, inclusive, and empowering space for her clients by listening to their concerns, working within their comfort levels, and providing them with tailored self-care exercises. Ally also completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in India back in 2019, and since regularly integrates yoga into her homecare offerings.

Through the use of a variety of techniques, she aims to provide her clients with relaxation while relieving pain and discomfort, always meeting each client where they are. Ally utilizes Swedish and deep tissue techniques, myofascial and active release, as well as trigger point therapy and joint play. She is well-versed in various therapeutic massage techniques and is ready to listen to both you and your body’s needs while supporting you on your wellness journey.

During her off time, you’ll find Ally either somewhere in the forest, in her home studio creating jewellery, or travelling abroad seeking life’s next adventure.

is passionate about helping her patients on their journey to health and wellness. Through assessment, education, treatment and home care, she works diligently with her clients by getting to the root of underlying dysfunction and tapping into the body’s innate ability to heal. Her approach considers the value of individual treatment plans and is central to creating a comfortable space for relaxation by allowing patients to drop into their nervous system through participatory engagement.

Sheena helps her patients reach their goals through modalities such as Myofascial release, End Range Loading, Swedish massage, Joint mobilization, and Muscle Energy.

As a medium-depth therapist, some treatment modalities will require patients to be fully dressed and able to move freely, please show up with flexible clothing.

On her time off she enjoys gardening, hiking local mountains, and spending time with her dog, the lovable and amenable, Mr. Ruckus.
